In my work as a career coach, I have the honor of helping a lot of guys be better in their careers. These men are managers of teams and individual contributors at work. And then after a long day of work, these men are husbands and fathers. They are community members, active in their churches, participants in their neighborhoods. It’s really cool to see them be better in their careers and watch that flow into all aspects of their lives.
It’s truly a joy and an honor to help them be their best. Thanks, guys, for asking me to help you be better at work so that you can have more joy in your life.
Happy Guy’s Day to all the men out there who are trying to be their best. Thanks for working hard, then going home and being a dad, or any of the male roles that you fulfill! And even though my dad isn’t here anymore, I gotta say “Happy Father’s Day, dad! I love you and miss you! I hope you’re celebrating Father’s Day in Heaven…”

Very nice. I’m sorry your father must have passed away so young. Thanks for the kind sentiments.
You’re welcome, Allen! Because I lost my dad during my teen years, I think I appreciate more what all you dads are doing out there. Thanks for being a great example!
Hi Jennifer, That was a very beautiful tribute to dads and guys. Sometime I would like you to meet my daughter, grand daughter and son in law that live in the Murray, Taylorsville area. He works at the U. I think it would be a mind expanding experience to see what qualities they are looking for in the medical research field. I fell for California when I went to my neices wedding literally. I was putting away tables after the reception and severed my achilles tendon so I’m doing rehabilitation this summer. It was re attached and I’m doing fine. Lew
Thank you Jennifer. What a great way to remember and honor your father, and a kind and thoughtful message to others.
Thanks, Joe. Thanks for being a great guy!
Thanks Jen. You are a great writer and the thought was very nice.
You’re welcome, Keoki. Thanks for being such a great dude!
What a cutie you are Jen!
HAHA! Those crazy curls have been around a looong time! Thanks, Paul.
Thank you, Jen. That was heartfelt and very uplifting. You obviously have spent enough time coaching men to know what makes them tick. It is nice to be appreciated.
You’re welcome, Randy. Keep up the good work!
Great post…I’m so glad we have a day to recognize father’s. I know mine has been my hero for as long as I can remember. If I can be half the dad he is I will consider my life a success. Thanks Jen for helping us be our best in our careers!
That’s awesome, Nate. I love that your dad is still your hero!
I wanted to thank you for the Father’s Day message. I have realized that behind every good man is a far greater woman. I have been grateful for the influence of my mother on my father and my wife on me. It truly is a great blessing and opportunity to be a father.
You’re welcome, Andrew! Thanks for recognizing the good women in your life too. Best!
